Andart Rorm Seafood Restaurant was first opened in Phnom Penh in 2007. We have been serving fresh, delicious seafood for over a decade.
Andart Rorm has expanded from its humble beginnings and now has three prime locations in Phnom Penh: on the main thoroughfare of Monivong Boulevard, in Olympia Mall, and Borey Peng Huoth (Beoung Snor).
Our concept remains the same: to serve fresh Cambodian-sourced seafood Khmer style. Our dishes are loved by our guests and appreciated for expertly cooked healthy dishes using less oil and no MSG. We follow Cambodian traditions and flavors using fresh aromatic Cambodian herbs and spices that tease the senses but still allow the fresh seafood tastes to flow. Our customers’ well-regarded and favorite dishes are kept on the menu whilst new ones are added. This way, the great seafood flavors of Cambodia are captured and remembered.
We are also proud to have opened Grillostone Pub, located at the Monivong Branch. Steaks are cooked on heated lava stone, which has very high heat retention and keeps extreme heat for up to 35 minutes. It helps to release and maximize the steak flavor, allowing us to always serve you the perfect steak at the right temperature and the way you like your steak.
We import our prime cuts from USA and Australia for their quality, flavor and texture. We provide you different side dishes of your choice and sauces to accompany your steak! There are also several other western dishes on the menu.
We believe in fresh, delicious and fully satisfying seafood dishes with that unique seato- plate taste.
We believe in subtle Khmer flavors using Cambodian grown herbs, spices and vegetables. We do not use MSG. Instead, we let the flavors talk for themselves.
